There will be cases of computer illiterate individuals not knowing how to work these machines. There could be shortages of blank DVD-R to record the DVDs. The machines can malfunction. Oh, and did I mention how terrible the website looks? Your "news page" is just a JPEG with words on it. We don't even know if those articles exist or not.
